Greg Pert began in the industry over 35 years ago as an owner operator, starting his career with Freightways Bulk Services, and also with OD contracts with some major Oil Industry and Chemical Industry companies. Greg has spent the majority of his career associated with bulk hazardous goods and tanker operations. This led to opportunities in the NZ fuel market, which was the beginning of Tranzliquid as a small fleet operator providing a bulk fuel logistics and cartage service to Tranzliquid’s customer network throughout New Zealand.
Jackie Carroll began her involvement with safety and compliance as a Dangerous Goods inspector in the early 1980’s. This lead to a role in a multi-national company as part of their distribution safety program and team involved with compliance audits within Asia Pacific Region, and later as an advisor assisting companies develop and implement safety management programs. She applied these skills in the development of Tranzliquids management systems.
Tranzliquid remains a family owned and operated business. Greg Pert and Jackie Carroll are actively involved in all aspects of the company with their combined skills and knowledge of the industry, logistics and business management. They ensure the culture, standards and core values remain an integral part of the business operation.
Tranzliquid continues to seek new opportunities to grow and provide its services within the Petroleum Industry with companies that demonstrate the same values.
Our aim is for Tranzliquid in every terminal in NZ by 2021!
